Dealer Management System options for Volkswagen and Audi are changing.

VW and Audi have recently developed (based on the new STAR Standards) a method to transfer data back and forth between your DMS and VW/Audi. PBS is excited to be one of the first to develop seamless communications with VW/Audi.

PBS is a founding member of STAR (Standards in Technology in Automotive Retail) which has kept us at the forefront of this new technology. We have completed testing on many initiatives, and continue to develop interfaces side-by-side with VW/Audi.

• Parts Orders, Shipments, Returns
• Warranty Claims
