Aristo finds its roots in Greek mythology and refers to the best or superior. Or more specifically the end result of evolution. Ten years and four generations of Windows DMS software later, PBS brings to you the result of our evolution – Aristo Gold.

AristoGold is the culmination of everything we have learned before, combined with intense market research, software innovation and the input of thousands of users. The result is the finest set of software suites anywhere, designed specifically for auto dealers.

The famous Greek philosopher Aristotle took his name from the phrase “aristos totalis” or “The best of all”. One aim of Aristotle was to develop “a universal method” of doing things. A method that, although common, still works perfectly for everyone.

One of the primary goals of AristoGold was to bring together all the information required for a dealership to fully understand the customer relationship and thereby manage every customer in a universal but unique way. From this strong relationship loyalty is born; loyal customers provide your foundation for growth and sustained profitability.

From the first experience a customer has with our dealership, Aristo View will provide all dealership, personnel with a total picture of the customer and any associated customers. This universal picture ensures that the total economic value of your customer is quickly and easily presented. From this point, dealership personnel can address the unique requirements each customer has and continue to build customer loyalty. The picture, though universal, is totally customizable by employee, allowing each individual to see the detail they need while still having access to every screen of customer information.

The methodology of working with and following up on every customer allows the same flexibility and customization by customer. Sales, service, parts, email, mail, phone (automated and not) AristoGold handles it all.

AristoGold is based entirely on Microsoft technology. PBS embraces and understand this technology and is considered the industry leader in applying the latest technology to Dealership needs.

PBS initially became a Microsoft Partner in 1995 and over the years rose to the highest levels with Microsoft. As a direct managed Microsoft Gold Partner, PBS brings the global resources of Microsoft to the table. Of all Microsoft’s partners in the world, only 2% are hold certified and then only a small percent of them have a direct relationship. PBS is the only one that is delivering a complete Windows DMS system to you.

Built entirely within the Microsoft.NET Framework and utilizing SQL Server databases, AristoGold is truly the first of a new generation of DMS Systems. PBS, in 1996, was the first to introduce a true Windows Management System for Dealerships and now is the first to present the technology of tomorrow, the technology that will prove to be the foundation to address the constant need for evolving and changing DMS Software.

In a further application of “Universal methods” AristoGold has inherently built flexibility, customization, work scheduling and tasking as well as open standards into the GUI (Graphical User Interface).

Each user in the dealership has completely unique requirements. AristoGold, with one universal user interface, gives each user complete control over their working environment, immediate access to what they need when they need it as well as the ability to use the system to schedule and plan activities.

Each user has the capability to completely customize their own menus and shortcuts. Common reports can be placed on their custom menu.

The phrase “Pinning” and “Tasking” will become standard with AristoGold. Pinning helps each user identify commonly used task and provides automated reminders for a task or process. Tasks can be noted for follow up or assigned to another user for additional information. Each time a user accesses AristoGold, commonly used tasks or things to do will be pinned to their log on.

Of course the entire system is completely Microsoft Office compatible giving you direct access to your data from excel, word and access. Customized reports can be built on the fly and then added to your menus. Any report can be printed or saved in PDF or Excel format.
