Volvo Car USA officially announced that PBS is now among their certified DMS providers for their retailers in the United States. This announcement follows our original Canadian DMS certification with Volvo Cars Canada, which was achieved in December 2020.
As part of the integration initiative, PBS and Volvo collaborated to deliver many workflow efficiencies, including parts ordering, Volvo managed inventory (VMI), warranty claim submission, and vehicle campaign retrieval. These interfaces help eliminate the need for Volvo dealers to manually enter information into multiple systems, reducing potential keystroke errors and increasing overall efficiency. Volvo recognized the need to augment their current certified DMS providers and took feedback from their retailers in choosing PBS to participate in their rigorous certification program.
